When you book we store your name, email, phone number, the dates of your stay and any note you write us. Without these we could not handle the booking.

Before you arrive we ask you to complete an online check-in. There we collect the name, home address, date of birth and the type and number of the identity document of every guest staying. There is nothing to upload, the number itself is enough.

The site uses no advertising or analytics cookies. The only cookie we set signs the owner into the admin area and does not concern ordinary visitors.

We process booking data in order to perform the accommodation contract and to communicate with you before and after your stay.

We process the online check-in data because Czech law requires us to keep a register of guests. We use it for nothing else, we send it nowhere, and your document number never appears in the interfaces the tablet in the house reads from.

Czech law also requires us to retain accounting records.

Booking data is kept for three years after the stay ends. Accounting records are kept for the period set by law, usually ten years.

Entries in the guest register are kept for six years from the last entry, as the law requires. After that we delete them.

Unfinished bookings where payment never went through expire when the hold runs out and are deleted regularly.

We do not pass your data to third parties for marketing and we never sell it.

The site runs on Cloudflare, emails are sent from our mailbox at Seznam.cz and payments are handled by Stripe. These providers process the data only for us and under contract.

Card details are entered directly on Stripe’s page. We never see, receive or store them. Against your booking we keep only the amount paid and a payment identifier.

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict processing and to object. Just write to us.
